Search Redesign

In 2017 we search was rebuilt from the ground up. We added search insights to give recruiters a better picture of their search, an inline profile view to improve sourcing speed, and visual refresh in the hope of improving trials.

We allowed users to opt out temporarily and use legacy search and only 3% opted out.
