Built Share Willow's design system from scratch as part of a full rebrand. Typography, color, spacing, component library. The direction was warm and approachable, Profit sharing is personal for employees, and the UI needed to reflect that. Designed all core UX patterns and dashboards for both the employee-facing and user-facing sides of the platform.

During the day, I try to improve user experiences as Factory Design by removing friction while simultaneously adding little sparks of joy. It's a never ending problem and I love it.
